(The Insider Stories) — Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services today assigned its ‘BB+’ issue rating to the 2.95% senior unsecured notes due March 28, 2018, by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI: BB+/Stable/B; axBBB+/axA-2). The rating on the notes reflects the long-term issuer credit rating on the bank.
The notes will constitute unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of BRI. They shall at all times rank equally among themselves and with all other unsecured obligations of the bank.
