Astra Otoparts eyes up to IDR3.1 trillion rights issue in April Kontan 

(Insider Stories)-Astra Otoparts (AUTO), a unit of diversified PT Astra International (ASII), may raise up to 3.1 trillion rupiah ($320 million) in a rights issue next month, Kontan newportal reports Tuesday.

The 95.65% Astra-owned spare-parts company plans to issue 1.4 billion new shares at IDR2,200-IDR3,400. Investors holding 100 or more shares will receive rights to subscribe to between 20 and 40 new shares.
