Antam proposed permit to export bauxite

JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - State owned miner PT Aneka Tambang (IDX: ANTM) proposed to export bauxite and nickel ores to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MERM). The companyc expect can ship 850,000 tonnes of bauxite and 2.7 million tonnes of nickel ore to overseas market. Bambang Gatot, the director general of coal and minerals at the MERM told the media that once approved the diversified miner specializing in bauxite and nickel ore production can go on to load their export consignments for delivery. It is the Trade Ministry of Indonesia who has the authority to issue export permits for mineral resources of the country, said Gatot.
